We understand that plans may change, and you may wish to cancel an order. The following policy outlines the cancellation process: 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first. 

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team via email. 

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

We do not support modifications to items or shipping details once an order is placed. If eligible, you may cancel the order and place a new one.
